Our Story

I founded this business on a simple belief: homeowners deserve a service provider they can actually count on.

As an Air Force veteran with over 15 years as an engineer serving clients including the Air Force Research Labs, Army Research Lab, Naval Information Warfare Center, FAA, and the Las Vegas Raiders, I built my career on attention to detail, problem-solving, and delivering results that meet the highest standards.

Throughout those years, I was also building something else—a portfolio of rental properties that taught me the home services industry from the inside out. As both a homeowner and investor, I experienced firsthand what so many others face: poor communication, missed deadlines, budget overruns, incomplete work, and contractors who simply disappear. I knew there had to be a better way.

When my most recent contract ended, I saw it as an opportunity to make a bet on myself—and to solve a problem I know isn't unique to me. I wanted to bring the same attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to best practices that defined my engineering career to an industry that desperately needs it.
